Abstract

The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Human Resources Management (HRM) is an increasingly popular trend. AI is used to automate mundane and repetitive tasks, such as document processing, and to improve decision making by providing data-driven insights. In this study, we investigate how AI can be used to improve interpersonal skills in the workplace. We use the AI Human Resources Management System (AI HRMS) to provide access to AI-powered insights on employee interactions and performance. We then compare the results to previous research on interpersonal skills in the workplace. The results suggest that the use of AI to improve interpersonal skills can lead to improved collaboration, communication, and productivity in the workplace. The findings of this case study indicate that leveraging AI to improve interpersonal skills is a promising area of HRM.

Introduction

Human Resource Management (HRM) involves a range of activities aimed at ensuring the effective management of an organization’s human capital. Such activities include recruiting and selection, training and development, performance management, and employee relations. One increasingly important component of HRM is the deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. AI-powered HR solutions have the potential to automate mundane and repetitive tasks, such as document processing, and to provide data-driven insights that can be used to improve decision making. This case study investigates how AI can be used to improve interpersonal skills in the workplace.

Objective

The purpose of this study was to investigate how AI can be used to improve interpersonal skills in the workplace. We focused on the use of the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) to provide access to AI-powered insights on employee interactions and performance.

Methodology

For this study, we surveyed employees in a large organization about their perceptions of their interpersonal skills.
